Saturday Nov. 17th 2012 Day 1
So, The 17th is day 1. I am excited and nervous at the same time. I have to admit I did look at the scale this am and I was 271.5. So, I have lost 3.5lbs without trying. WOW !! So. I decided to make week 1 strictly focusing on my diet and I mean cracking all the way down. I am responsible daily to go to my blog and report what i eat for each meal. I am doing this to hold myself accountable for what I put in my body.Along with diet I will be doing 3 sets of workouts for week 1. 25Jumping Jacks,50 crunches, and 15 push ups. I will be doing this 3 times a day before each meal.I will weigh in on Saturday then I will hold back on weighing in again until the following Saturday. Mind you this will kill me b/c YES I LOVE WEIGHING IN EVERYDAY when I am doing right lol. I am excited to see where I end up. MY goal for week 1 b/c there will be water weight loss of course is 7lbs. I dont feel its to much bc I am so overweight. I am glad to be doing this blog bc even after its all said and done. If it motivated just one person I made a difference :)
