So I starred using this drink with the highest of hopes. I thought I was going to lose 5 lbs easy BC it claims to detox you out. Sad to say all I got out of it was stomach aches and food aversion. I am now 72 hours post drink and I am starting to have frequent bowl movements something I never had and I am happy about that.I know timing but before I only used the bathroom for bowl movements once a day now I am up to 3 times a day. As far as weight loss. I. Only lost half a pound. I give this product 4 stars because it does work just not in 48 hours.Also, the long term effects will stay. You will stay regular which can help get some of that weight off you.
